Ryan's interests lie in weightlifting, functional fitness (CrossFit), yoga, and longevity. With a passion for all movement, he aims to bring health and wellness to the broadest array of athletes as possible. Wholeheartedly believing in the healing power and positive influence that movement can have in an individual’s life, Ryan feels that all bodies, regardless of shape, size, conditioning level, age, or identity, can benefit significantly from a carefully cultivated and properly executed yoga practice. His towering stature comforts unconventional clients, and his kind disposition makes practitioners of all backgrounds feel safe and welcomed in a class they may otherwise shy away from. Ryan can find that crucial common ground to start and build trust amongst those who would instead invest their time in heavy lifting. His strength and mobility prove that yoga brings balance and benefit to any training regimen.
