Program Description

Ageless Athletics at Undisputed Fitness is designed for adults 65+ who want to stay healthy, active, and independent. Our fun, supportive group classes focus on improving balance, coordination, strength, mobility, and cardiovascular health. This program helps you maintain your fitness, boost energy, and build connections with fellow ageless athletes.


No matter your fitness level, our classes are fully adaptable to meet your needs. We focus on functional movements that enhance daily living and help prevent age-related diseases. By staying active, you can improve your quality of life and add years to your healthy lifespan.


What to Expect in Class:


  • Balance & Coordination Drills: Schulte Tables, balance exercises, single-limb catching, and mental agility tasks.
  • Strength Training: Bodyweight squats progressing to light weights, promoting muscle function and joint health.
  • Cardiovascular Workouts: Walking, jogging, farmer’s carries, and low-impact machines like stationary bikes, rowers, and ski trainers.

Our goal is to empower you to move better, feel stronger, and live a healthier, happier life—no matter your age.
